Membership Forms

First, you must join the National Harley Owner’s Group. If you bought your bike new, you should have received a ship kit to join the national organization. If you’re not a member, call 1-800-CLUB-HOG for more information. After you get your membership number then you can join the North Texas Chapter.

Download the appropriate forms from the links at the bottom of this page, fill out the necessary information, then print and mail with dues to this address:

Annual NTHOG chapter dues are $20.00.
Former and renewing members’ dues remain $20.00,
regardless of when dues are paid. Make checks payable to NTHOG.

The membership enrollment and passenger release forms are in Adobe PDF format.
